SUPPORTING CANADIAN INDIE COUNTRY ARTISTS
OUR MISSION STATEMENT! We are here to support not One, but All Independent Canadian Country Artists! It does not matter about Your Age, Your Heritage, what kind Country Music you perform, what part of Canada you live in! If you are Canadian you can qualify to have your music on the CICC. The voting process is not perfect, but we will do Best to keep it as fair as possible!
The Canadian Indie Country Countdown is a Fan-Voted, Weekly Radio Shows featuring Canadian Artists.
Presently, this is the only place in Canada, where we chart your votes and play your fan-voted Top 100 Songs by your favorite Canadian Indie Stars each week. Our industry insiders will also rate your music and carry some weight on where your song will climb the chart, so if you do not have a big fan following, your song will still have a fair opportunity to move up the chart.
Coyote 103 airs the CICC TOP 30 SONGS every Saturday at 1 pm eastern and The CIC NEW MUSIC SHOW with Jazz Matthews, at 1 pm every Sunday, has all the latest new Canadian releases each week.
RADIOGTA has The CIC NEW MUSIC SHOW and at 8 am eastern every Sunday! The show is repeated again in the evening starting at 8 pm eastern, every Sunday.

The CICC has music from all genres of Country Music, including Traditional Country, Pop Country, Outlaw Country, New Country, Country Rock, Country Blues, Folk Country, Americana, Progressive Country, Alternative Country, Rockabilly Country and so many more.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR MUSIC
DO NOT SEND A LINK TO YOUTUBE OR SPOTIFY TO US. WE GET FAR TOO MANY REQUESTS TO LISTEN TO YOUR SONG THAT WAY!
To submit your music to the Canadian Indie Country Countdown you must be Canadian.
There is roughly a 6 to 9 week wait to enter onto the Countdown.
Your song, if selected, will enter the Weekly Poll and the votes will accumulate until you have enough to join the TOP 100. Some songs may not every reach the total needed AFTER 6 WEEKS OF VOTING, and may be removed. Please make sure that you take the time to read all the info on the website, as this will help you understand the process and some of the ways you can promote yourself and your music.
Once your song has been on the countdown for 12 weeks - it has peaked - your song will begin to FALL BACK DOWN THE CHART and be removed after a few weeks, so, we can allow another Canadian Indie Artist to join!

1. - We need the Date your Song was Recorded and at what Studio!
Please provide your Producers Name!
Please provide the name of the Label and the Writers of the Song.
We also need the Release Date of your Song to Radio stations and music platforms.
Also make sure you send the Cover Artwork for your Song or a picture of you.
Without this info we will not proceed with your song, so make sure you send.

3. - TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR SELF - SHORT BIO.

THE FAN VOTED POLL
Voting for the Canadian Indie Country Countdown happens every weekend.
We have a total of 100 songs on the countdown, if each song was to make it to Number One on the countdown, it would take 2 years!
So with that in mind, please be realistic that making the TOP 10 is a huge accomplishment!
FAN-VOTED POLL! THERE IS NOW JUST ONE POLL A WEEK FOR FAN VOTING!
Your chances of climbing the "Canadian Indie Country Countdown" are greatly improved if you engage your
fans to vote for you on the Weekly Poll, but many will make the TOP 10 without ever engaging their fans, if a song is good, the 50,000 plus listeners each week, will vote for it.
The Fan-Voted Poll of 100 songs is released on our Facebook Page on Friday evening
and will remain open until midnight pacific Saturday night. The poll is voted on via email each week!
Each voter can only vote once on the Weekly Fan Poll per artist. Once a Fan has voted on the poll that is it for the week!
Each week the votes are counted and saved and continue to add to the artists total. A song WILL CLIMB for 12 weeks on the chart, after 12 weeks on the countdown your song's votes are no longer counted,
it will quickly exit the chart in a few weeks. We will give each song at least 4 weeks to build a fan base, after that your song can be removed if there is no interest and it is not climbing.
This way all songs have an equal chance to make the top 10. If we did not do this, we could have the same song Number One forever, if everyone kept voting for it.
The Chart is here to promote our great Canadian Talent, but has to be fresh also!
